With many changes to the softball program this fall, the varsity team finished third at districts and was one-tenth of a point away from earning a wild card bid to participate in the State tournament. They finished sixth in Class A and 8th overall. Softball Season Ends at Districts
"I thought it was a great season. There were high points and occasional low points," said Coach Semler.
"We deserved to be at state and we weren't there. I'm sorry it's over, it's unfortunate the season ended the way it did. The team was better than the stats and records show."
